Keledek goreng is a favorite fried snack that is served with coffee or tea. Ingredients: 200gm plain flour
Method of preparation: Combine the two flours in a bowl.Add water and salt.Mix to form a smooth batter. Set aside for 1 hour. Heat sufficient oil in a wok to deep fry. Dip sliced sweet potatoes into batter and fry. Use a sharp skewer to poke into the fritter. If it is soft it is cooked. Remove and place on absorbent paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve hot with coffee or tea.
