A salad with a twist.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup olive oil
2 pinches toasted Eagle brand curry powder
5gm diced shallots
15gm diced ripe mango
10gm onion rings
50gm romaine lettuce;shredded
50gm grilled or smoked chicken;sliced

 

Method of preparation:

In a large glass bowl mix all the ingredients except the last three .Mix well. Then add grilled or smoked chicken, onion rings and romaine lettuce. Toss all the ingredients. Serve.
